Meet the Team
A diverse range of skills and talents are needed to make Elderholme such a caring and professional nursing home, and we employ over 130 staff to make sure that we meet the needs of our residents and their relatives.
General and specialist nurses, senior care and healthcare assistants, chefs, domestic and kitchen assistants, activities co-ordinators and a host of other crucial roles all help to make Elderholme such a welcoming place to live and work.
Ramune Zabeliauske
Chief Executive
Chief Executive Ramune Zabeliauske acts as a nominated individual and service provider based in the Home.
Ramune has worked in different roles at Elderholme since 2013 and took over the leadership of the charity in 2021. Her role is to oversee the operation of the home from a charity and business perspective supporting the Board in making strategic decisions for the future of Elderholme and taking the lead in implementing them.
Ramune believes that the quality of service and kindness of staff can make a massive difference in resident’s lives and is devoted to continuously improve care and facilities for service users, and staff working conditions and career development opportunities.
Kelly Crabtree
Home Manager
The team is led by Registered Manager Kelly Crabtree. Kelly has excellent leadership and organisational skills and is passionate about delivering high quality care service to adults in need. She has over 25 years’ experience in various care settings, including over 15 years successfully managing different care services.
Kelly joined Elderholme in 2021 and has implemented many improvements, resulting in ‘Excellent’ PAMMS Social Services inspection and ‘Good’ CQC ratings.
Kelly is here to stay, and is committed to the future growth and flourishing of Elderholme.
