Can we personalise a room by bringing own furniture and decorations?

Rooms can be personalised and furnished with residents own items as long as we risk assess that it complies with health and safety and fire safety regulations.

Our Maintenance Team will be happy to assist to make sure all items are fitted securely and Pat test electrical devices.

Are there any restrictions on visiting?

There are no restrictions on visiting, however we advise visitors to be mindful of other residents’ privacy and need for peace, and not to visit after 7 pm until 9 am.

Can we take my relative/friend residing with you out for a day or a weekend?

There are no restrictions in outings, and our staff will supply with medications to take or packed lunch and may offer advice for the best interest of the resident depending on their condition.

Is there an option to stay overnight when my loved one is poorly?

If your relative becomes unwell and you prefer to stay overnight, we have a family room which can be used for rest and stayover. Our team will make your stay as comfortable as possible.
