We are careful to select staff who can match empathy with experience, and we invest in regular training programmes to keep our staff fully up to date with nursing and care standards.

We are delighted that our latest care inspection ratings reflect our commitment to our staff and residents.

Care Quality Commission inspection (CQC)

Care Quality Commission carries out comprehensive checks on health and social services to ensure that services are providing safe, caring, effective, well led and responsive service to suit people’s needs.

In our last inspection completed in September 2023, Elderholme achieved overall ‘Good’.

Provider Assessment and Market Management Solution (PAMMS) was developed as a type of Local Authorities Social services completed inspection to support the commissioners to ensure they meet duty of care when commissioning the services funded by public.

Elderholme scored ‘Excellent’ in the last inspection carried out in February 2023
