Chief Executive Officer
Lawson has been at Elderholme since 2011 and brings years of service industry management experience to oversee the efficient and innovative operation of the charitable nursing home. Reporting directly to the charities board of trustees Lawson leads the team of carers, caterers, administrators ,accountants, maintenance and professional advisors to ensure a consistent delivery of the highest standard of care year after year.
Heather is responsible for all aspects of care and compliance in the position as registered manager of Elderholme nursing home. Heather is a highly experienced nurse manager having qualified as an RGN in 1986 and managed her first care home in 1989.
A dedicated and caring nurse Heather sets the tone of Elderholme’s lively, caring atmosphere and supervises the large team of qualified nurses and carers to ensure comfort and compassion for all who stay in Elderholme
Human Resource and Administration Manager
Carolyn joined Elderholme in 2013 and brings experience of working in a number of industries such as: Banking; Manufacturing; Law Enforcement and Health. Her HR career started 2007 and she graduated with a Masters qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in Human Resource Management in 2015.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, Carolyn is responsible for all aspects related to Human Resources including: Recruitment; On-boarding; Employee Relations; Managing Projects; Technology; Training and Development, Health & Safety and GDPR.
